Day 1-2: Raw food diet
Day 3-4-5: Fruit or Juice Fast
Begin day with 16 oz. diluted prune juice
Choose from the following foods and eat only that food or the juice
- Grapes: Green only, 7 lb. per day
- Apples: 5 lb. per day
- Melon: 6 lb. per day
- Citrus: Juice 6 grapefruit, 3 lemons and enough orange juice to make 1 ½ qt. Add water to make 2 ½ qts. Drink every 30 minutes and finish the day with plain water.
- Vegetables: Juice equal parts carrots, celery, beet (or less), enough to make 2 qt. Juice. Add water to make 3 qts. Drink 1 cup every 30 minutes and finish the day with plain water. This is very cleansing and alkaline-producing.
Use only one food for day 1 and 2. Don’t mix fruits on one day.
Control bowel movements with prune juice. You should have 1 to 3 movements per day.
During the fast you can add:
[1] Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley grass or Wheat grass powder
[2] Apple cider vinegar (1 TBL.) and honey (1 tsp.) mixed with hot water
[3] Acidophilous (Probiotics)
[4] Peppermint or Chamomile teas
Do not discontinue medication.
Day 6-7:
- Breakfast: Fresh fruit salad sprinkled with ground almonds. Fruit juice or herb tea to drink.
- Lunch: Large mixed salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. You may include nuts, seeds or sprouts. Fruit juice or herb tea to drink.
- Dinner: Same as lunch
- Snacks: Fruit, veggie sticks, some nuts or seeds
Re-introduce vitamin/mineral supplements
Continue vinegar/honey with water
Start herbal program of digestive stimulants, tonics, cleansers
