A Clean Body – Inside, as Well as Out

Since our bodies are a system of tubes through which fluids that must be kept moving, most health problems result from congestion or stagnation of any of these fluids in any part of the tubes. This is a closed system of tubes, with a specific amount of fluid in each tube. Congestion in one area means that there is too much fluid in one area and not enough in another area. For example, blood vessels bring oxygen, nutrients and hormones to all the cells of the body, and pick up waste that has developed as a result of the metabolic processes of the cells. A reduced amount of blood to one area results in a deficiency of these substances and an accumulation of toxins around the cells.
