Here is a typical day in my life incorporating things which I have learned have much health value. Now you may think that this takes a lot of time and thought, but not so. There are a lot of things that we can do for ourselves that do not take much time or effort if we only knew about them – which is why I am sharing them.

Before rising
Cleansing allows the body to rejuvenate and unburden itself. Every single culture throughout history has practiced cleansing. Colon cleansing is the basic unifying factor of all natural health customs.
When you decide to cleanse, go slow and take into account your own personality, lifestyle, willpower, likes and dislikes, and the condition of your colon.

CLEANSING DIETS
Cleansing diets help to purify the body and remove the toxins that contribute to many types of illness. At the same time they assist the body in re-balancing or regulating the acid-alkaline levels.
For eliminating mucus, chemical and drug deposits, while helping revitalize the body.
DAY ONE
On arising, drink 8 ounces prune juice
30 minutes later drink another 8 ounces prune juice
All day, until 6:00 PM drink as much APPLE juice as possible, diluted half with distilled water.
No food or juice from 6-9 PM
At 9:00 PM drink the following mixture:
Blend or shake thoroughly:
Juice of two oranges
Juice of one lemon
5-10 tablespoons olive oil
1-3 finely chopped cloves of garlic
Take nothing else until 8 a.m. the next morning.
Day 1-2: Raw food diet
Day 3-4-5: Fruit or Juice Fast
Begin day with 16 oz. diluted prune juice
Choose from the following foods and eat only that food or the juice
- Grapes: Green only, 7 lb. per day
- Apples: 5 lb. per day
- Melon: 6 lb. per day
- Citrus: Juice 6 grapefruit, 3 lemons and enough orange juice to make 1 ½ qt. Add water to make 2 ½ qts. Drink every 30 minutes and finish the day with plain water.
The “Lemon Aid” cleanse is designed for eliminating toxins and congestion while revitalizing the body.
For a days supply:
Make 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
Add 1 cup Maple Syrup (Grade B for higher mineral content)
Add 1 or more teaspoons Cayenne pepper
Blend and mix 3 tablespoons of this mixture with 8-10 ounces water.
Drink between 6 and 12 glasses daily (more if desired). Drink slowly. During this cleanse, keep the bowel moving. Take Cascara capsules. It is more effective if you can do an enema for the first 3 mornings with warm water. During the cleanse, no food or supplements are taken (unless prescription drugs are needed). Mint tea may be taken in the evening.
